Château de Martet

Deep in colour, with a rich, earthy nose that signals a mature and grounded style. The palate is round and full, bringing dried fig and vanilla together over a firm but polished cask structure. Sweet fruit softens the spirit's earthy depth, while the vanilla adds warmth without making the profile feel heavy. The texture remains generous and composed through the middle. A very long finish carries dried fruit, seasoned wood and lingering vanilla. Serve neat in a tulip-shaped glass and allow it time to open.
