Chaberton Estate Winery 2013 Reserve Dry Bacchus
Canadian White
Rose petals, green apple and spice appear alongside grapefruit, apple, stone fruit and citrus. The palate is crisply dry, with soft texture and a clean, refreshing character. Bacchus makes up ninety-five percent of the blend and Sémillon the remaining five percent. The fruit comes from the Fraser Valley, and the finished wine carries the BC VQA Fraser Valley designation.
Chaberton Estate Winery 2025 Sauvignon Blanc
Canadian White
Pale lemon colour with green highlights accompanies fresh-cut grass, green pepper and tropical fruit. Bell pepper, wet stone and ripe peach meet fresh acidity and a mineral-driven profile. Fermentation is eighty-four percent stainless steel and sixteen percent neutral oak; the oak portion matures for three months, while the wine spends two months on lees. It is dry, crisp and 12.3 percent alcohol.
Chaberton Estate Winery 2023 Barrel Aged Chardonnay
Canadian White
Jasmine, underripe pineapple and honeyed stone fruit sit with integrated oak and crisp acidity. The Chardonnay comes from the Okanagan Valley and carries fourteen percent alcohol. It is lightly oaked, with ten months of ageing, and the wine is vegan. Citrus, popcorn and toasted brioche also appear alongside vanilla and coconut. The style is dry.

Canadian Red
Sweet cherry, vanilla and a hint of spice appear with silky tannins. Cranberry, blackberry and cherry form the fruit profile, and the palate is medium-bodied. The blend is ninety-six percent Zweigelt and four percent Cabernet Franc. Maturation lasts fifteen months, using twenty-five percent new French oak and seventy-five percent neutral barrels that are mostly American. Alcohol is twelve-point-one percent, and the wine is vegan.
Chaberton 2023 Pinot Noir
Canadian Red
Light ruby in colour, with strawberry and red fruit set against savoury spice and gentle earth. The palate is medium-bodied and polished, with integrated oak adding shape without masking the fruit. A small portion of Merlot broadens the texture while Pinot Noir keeps the wine lifted and aromatic. It finishes firmly but evenly, carrying red fruit, spice and a subtle wooded note.

Lemon zest and crisp apple lead a bright, clean profile, softened by gentle floral tones of honeysuckle. The palate enters with generous fruit but stays fresh and well defined, balancing richness with lively acidity. Composed and easy to pair, it suits roast poultry, shellfish, fresh cheeses or lightly spiced vegetable dishes.
