The Cesconi family’s roots in Pressano, in the hills of Trentino, are recorded in parish registers dating back to 1751. Paolo and Adelina expanded the farm with their sons Alessandro, Franco, Roberto and Lorenzo, formally establishing the winery in 1995.
Their vineyards lie in the continental climate of Pressano and the gentler, lake-influenced Valle dei Laghi. Conversion to organic production began in 2009, with synthetic chemical products removed from the vineyards and cellar. The range includes wines from local grapes, bottle-fermented sparkling wine and Alpine vermouth.

Wormwood and alpine herbs lead a cool, savoury aroma, joined by woodruff, gentian, sage and rosemary. The aged white-wine base gives the palate a rounded, settled texture, while rhubarb and roots contribute earthy depth and a fine bitter line. Gentle sweetness balances the mountain-herb intensity without softening its structure. The finish is persistent, dry-leaning and distinctly botanical. Serve lightly chilled over ice, with soda or in a white Negroni.
