AboutCaves de Rauzan

Caves de Rauzan grew from three Bordeaux cooperatives: Rauzan, founded in 1933, Grangeneuve in 1936 and Nérigean in 1937. Rauzan and Grangeneuve united in 2008, with Nérigean joining in 2016. Based in Entre-Deux-Mers, the cooperative makes Bordeaux reds, whites and rosés as well as Crémant de Bordeaux.

Growers share winemaking facilities and each has an equal vote in the cooperative. Its environmental work includes reducing herbicide use, planting cover crops, converting vineyards to organic farming and using lighter bottles.

Caves de Rauzan 2024 Fleur Entre-Deux-Mers Blanc

French White
$24.99

Bright and finely balanced, with sherbet lemon and grapefruit lifted by ripe apricot, peach and a hint of pineapple. The palate is fresh and lightly rounded, bringing brisk citrus acidity into balance with soft stone-fruit weight. A clean, lively finish makes this an easy match for oysters, shellfish, grilled white fish or fresh goat cheese.

Fort de Rauzan NV Brut Crémant de Bordeaux

French Sparkling
$29.99

White flowers, lemon and grapefruit open with a fresh, lightly creamy lift. Green and red apple follow on a rounded palate, where fine persistent bubbles meet crisp acidity and a subtle note of yeast. Balanced and quietly textured, it finishes clean, refreshing and pleasantly long.
