Caramelized citrus pith and orange blossom lead an intensely aromatic nose, followed by honey, hazelnut and barley sugar. The palate is rich and very sweet, but a clean line of freshness keeps the finish composed rather than heavy. Serve lightly chilled with almond cake, orange desserts or blue cheese; it also works well lengthened with tonic.
