Cantina Zaccagnini

Intense ruby colour shows violet nuances. Ripe red berries and white pepper accompany a persistent palate with soft, harmonious tannins. Made from Montepulciano in Abruzzo, the wine carries thirteen percent alcohol. The grapes are destemmed and crushed, then macerated under a submerged cap. Temperature-controlled fermentation lasts about fifteen days, followed by ageing in steel on the lees.
