Cà di Rajo is the Cecchetto family’s winery in eastern Veneto, working with Glera in the Prosecco denominations. It preserves Bellussera, a traditional way of training vines high above the ground in a radiating pattern that once shaped much of the Piave landscape. The winery also makes Gigglewater Prosecco Rosé.

Fresh strawberry and ripe red berries meet peach, citrus and a delicate floral lift. Fine bubbles and bright acidity keep the palate lively, while a lightly creamy texture and subtle almond note soften the clean finish. Easygoing yet neatly composed, it works well as an aperitif or alongside prosciutto, soft cheese, smoked salmon and fruit-led desserts.
