James Watt and Martin Dickie started BrewDog in Fraserburgh, northeast Scotland, in 2007. They financed a small brewery with bank loans, filled the first bottles by hand and sold their beer from a van at local markets.
The first BrewDog bar opened in Aberdeen in 2010, followed by a move to a new brewery in Ellon in 2012. In 2016, the brewery shared its recipes publicly, opening up the details of its brewing to anyone interested in making the beers themselves.

Cloudy and hop-forward, this alcohol-free IPA brings tropical fruit and grassy notes over a smooth base of oats and wheat. Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe give the aroma breadth, while light Munich and crystal malts add enough structure to keep the palate composed. Serve well chilled with tacos, grilled chicken, spicy noodles or sharp cheese for a bright, refreshing alternative.
