AboutBrasserie de Brunehaut

Brasserie de Brunehaut began near Tournai in 1890 as Brasserie St Joseph, moving to a new brewery in 1991. It makes a range of organic, gluten-free Belgian ales.

Water comes from an aquifer beneath the brewery, and the team buys organic ingredients as locally as possible, using Belgian barley when weather allows. For its gluten-free range, the brewery removes gluten during production while retaining top fermentation and conditioning in the bottle.

Brasserie de Brunehaut Triple Organic Gluten-Free Ale

Belgian Beer
$7.99

Peppery aromatics open a rich Belgian-style tripel, followed by rounded cereal character and ripe yellow fruit. The palate is full and energetic, with a firm initial attack balanced by fruit and a progressively building hop bitterness. Despite its weight, the finish stays dry and controlled, giving the beer focus and length. Serve cool with roast poultry, washed-rind cheese, mussels or lightly spiced dishes.
