The palate is full and energetic, with a firm initial attack balanced by fruit and a progressively building hop bitterness. Despite its weight, the finish stays dry and controlled, giving the beer focus and length. Serve cool with roast poultry, washed-rind cheese, mussels or lightly spiced dishes.
