Bozal

Wet earth and smoke open the nose, followed by citrus, wild flowers and a fresh green-pepper note. The palate is layered and distinctly herbaceous, with earthy agave, creamy banana and bright citrus bringing contrast to the richer smoke. A blend of Espadín, Mexicano and Barril agaves gives the mezcal both power and lift, moving from floral freshness to a long, savoury finish. Serve neat in a copita and allow it a few minutes to open at room temperature.
