American Red
Juicy dark cherry and black raspberry appear with dried thyme, spice and soft earth. The blend contains sixty percent Pinot Noir and forty percent Gamay from Johan Vineyard. Maturation takes place in a mixture of concrete and old barriques. The wine is classified as Organic and Natural. Its conception was inspired by Cheverny, bringing the two grape varieties together in a pure, refreshing red.

Bright lemon, white peach and golden fig meet a cool, stony mineral note, with a subtle leesy edge adding texture. The palate is dry, brisk and light on its feet, yet rounded enough to feel composed rather than austere. Made from organically and biodynamically farmed fruit with a low-intervention approach, it is a natural partner for oysters, shellfish or simple vegetable dishes.
