Apple butter and cinnamon lead the nose, followed by kettle corn and gentle toasted-grain notes. The palate is soft and approachable, with fresh apple, caramel and measured rye spice carried by a rounded texture. A high proportion of malted barley gives the whiskey a less overtly sweet profile while preserving the warmth expected from bourbon. The finish is smooth and balanced, with orchard fruit, baking spice and lightly toasted oak lingering. Serve neat, over a large cube or in a spirit-forward cocktail.
