AboutBirrificio Baladin

Birrificio Baladin began in Piozzo in 1986 as Le Baladin, a pub devoted largely to Belgian beer. Founder Teo Musso spent time learning in Belgium before converting the pub into a brewpub in 1996, using a small system assembled from repurposed milk-processing vessels. Bottling began the following year, after the first beers had been served on draught.

In 2012, Baladin became a farm brewery, investing in Italian barley and hops. For Nazionale, Baladin brings together water from the Maritime Alps, Italian barley, Piedmontese hops and yeast grown at the brewery.

Baladin Nazionale Blonde Ale 330 mL

Italian Beer
$7.49
Chamomile and citrus give this Italian blonde ale a fragrant, gently floral profile. Delicate bitterness from Italian-grown hops balances the fruit and spice, while bottle refermentation adds a fine, lively texture. The palate remains composed and quietly complex, with a fresh citrus-led finish. Serve cool with antipasti, grilled fish, roast chicken, soft cheese, herb-led pasta or citrus-dressed vegetables.

Baladin L’IPPA Italian IPA 330 mL

Italian Beer
$7.49
Bright amber colour and a white head describe the appearance, while the fruit notes include tangerine, melon and mango. The official brewery identifies the beer within the India pale ale family and records citrus and exotic-fruit scents. Its published profile supplies the colour, head and three named fruit notes for this exact 330 mL release from Italy.
