AboutBeva Brewing & Blending
Head brewer Octavio Pauley founded Beva Brewing & Blending with Morgan Miller, Graham Elliott and Desha Miciak, opening in North Vancouver’s Norgate neighbourhood in December 2023. Lagers and pale ales form the regular range, alongside mixed-fermentation, wild and barrel-aged beers. For its blended beers, components can ferment or age separately before being brought together in the finished release.
Beva Brewing & Blending Fresco Lime Wheat Ale 4-Pack
Canadian Beer
Lightly tart and vividly citrus-led, this farmhouse wheat ale is brewed and conditioned on lime peel and juice. A house mixed culture of saison yeast, Brettanomyces and bacteria brings fermentation complexity without obscuring the fresh lime character. The palate stays bright, refreshing and easy-moving, with a gentle rustic edge through the finish. Serve well chilled with ceviche, fish tacos, goat cheese or grilled vegetables.
Beva Brewing & Blending Ragazzo Fresh Hop Saison 4-Pack
Canadian Beer
Fresh Simcoe hops meet a mixed-culture saison fermented with house saison yeast, Brettanomyces and bacteria. The aroma carries a gently funky fruit character, followed by apricot and peach notes and a subtle thread of pine. The farmhouse profile stays layered and lively, with the fresh hop component adding definition rather than sheer weight. Serve well chilled with roast chicken, washed-rind cheese or grilled vegetables.
Beva Old Days North German Pilsner 4-Pack
Canadian Beer
The recipe combines Canadian and German pilsner malts with noble hops and traditional techniques. An exact specialist profile records a clean malt backbone, floral and herbal hop aromas, and crisp bitterness. The recipe and tasting record align around malt and noble-hop character, with the same exact-product account also documenting the beer's crisp bitter sensory profile.
Beva Clubhouse German Light Lager 4-Pack
Canadian Beer
Described as a German Leichtbier, this low-alcohol lager is documented as extra clean, crisp and dry. The exact specialist record lists three-and-a-half per cent alcohol and twenty-five bitterness units. Those style, flavour and technical details describe the beer, while the same product source also records production in North Vancouver, British Columbia, for this specific release.
