Dried plum, cherry and dried tomato are layered with porcini, leather and warm spice. The palate is fully mature yet still structured, with vivid acidity keeping the savoury fruit and earthy depth in balance. Tea leaf, liquorice and a gentle consommé note carry through the long, dry finish. Decant carefully for sediment and serve with braised beef, game, mushrooms or aged cheese.
