Bellenda

Bellenda was founded by the Cosmo family in 1986 in Carpesica di Vittorio Veneto, on the eastern side of Conegliano Valdobbiadene. It remains family owned, with Umberto, Luigi and Domenico Cosmo carrying forward Sergio Cosmo’s original project.

Bellenda explores Glera through tank fermentation, bottle fermentation, lees ageing and the traditional col fondo style. Its vineyard work includes planting native trees, keeping beehives and using sheep among the vines. The winery also uses solar energy and recycles materials.
