Made from a lightly pressed second extraction of local grapes, it is filtered and given gentle carbonation for a crisp, refreshing finish. The compact can suits picnics and relaxed outdoor occasions. Serve well chilled with fresh salads, seafood, light snacks or soft cheese.
Bartier Bros. 2024 Pristine Chardonnay
Canadian White
Green apple, lemon and a touch of brioche sit with texture from fine-lees contact and a crisp finish. Chardonnay comes from forty-year-old vines in sandy loam at Soaring Eagle Vineyard in Washington's Wahluke Slope. Grapes are harvested at night, destemmed, crushed and pressed immediately. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel in Oliver, British Columbia. The wine carries 12.5 percent alcohol.

Canadian Rosé
Cabernet Sauvignon forms most of this pale rosé, joined by Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Riesling. The grapes come from Washington's Columbia Valley and the wine is made in Oliver, British Columbia. Watermelon, rosehip and cranberry tea appear with grapefruit, soft red berries, orchard fruit and fine spice. Bright acidity and a silky texture are also present in the crisp, refreshing profile.

Canadian Red
Bright raspberry meets dark fruit and firm structure. The blend contains fifty-one percent Cabernet Franc, forty-eight percent Petit Verdot and one percent Pinot Noir, all harvested by hand. Fruit is destemmed and crushed before a twenty-one-day maceration and fermentation in stainless steel. Maturation lasts fourteen months in neutral French barrels, alcohol is 13.9 percent, and production totals 920 cases.
