Bright raspberry meets dark fruit and firm structure. The blend contains fifty-one percent Cabernet Franc, forty-eight percent Petit Verdot and one percent Pinot Noir, all harvested by hand. Fruit is destemmed and crushed before a twenty-one-day maceration and fermentation in stainless steel. Maturation lasts fourteen months in neutral French barrels, alcohol is 13.9 percent, and production totals 920 cases.
