Banhez Mezcal

Floral and gently fruity aromas lead into pineapple, banana and ripe agave. The palate is approachable but not simple, with baked agave, lime peel and soft tropical fruit held by a lightly smoky, mineral frame. Cinnamon and black pepper add quiet spice, while a faint nutty note brings depth. The finish is clean and balanced, leaving fruit, smoke and warm agave in equal measure.
