AboutAllan Scott

Allan Scott’s story runs alongside the rise of modern Marlborough wine. Allan helped plant some of the region’s earliest commercial vineyards in 1973, established his own block with Cathy in 1975 and founded Allan Scott Wines on Jacksons Road in 1990.

Their children, Josh Scott and Sara Stocker, bought the company in 2021. The family’s vineyards are concentrated around the Wairau Valley, close to the winery.

Allan Scott 2025 Marlborough Pinot Gris

New Zealand White
$28.99
Delicate peach, pear and a subtle floral lift appear in the aroma. The palate combines ripe stone fruit, pear and grain flavours, with a mouthwatering off-dry finish. Fruit from Wairau Valley vineyards is harvested in the cool early morning, gently pressed and cool-fermented in tank, with a portion fermented in old barrels. The wine contains twelve point five percent alcohol and is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
