Aasha Wines 2025 Little Monster Syrah Rosé
Canadian Rosé
Syrah forms this rosé release from a small vineyard, winery and close-knit team. Each bottle label is built around an important moment in the owners' lives, with stories ranging from romance and humour to pain and whimsy. The producer describes its wines as pure, honest and reflective of terroir. Its name comes from a Hindi word for hope, chance and prospect.
Aasha 2019 Silence Viognier
Canadian White
Sandalwood and acacia honey accompany macerated apricot, caramelized pineapple and ginger marmalade in a barrel-fermented Viognier. Vinification includes malolactic fermentation and seven months in French oak. The wine is full-bodied, with a long, vigorous finish. Serve it cold, either kept on ice or allowed to warm gradually in the glass, and pair it with an aromatic Moroccan chicken tagine.
Aasha Wines 2020 The Cape Chardonnay
Canadian White
Barrel fermentation and malolactic fermentation are followed by eight months in French oak. Coconut and vanilla bean appear with macerated pear, brûléed pineapple, crunchy honeycomb and rum-raisin ice cream. Bright acidity and sea salt are also present. Made entirely from Chardonnay, the wine contains 13.8% alcohol and comes from Mariposa vineyards in British Columbia's southern interior.
Aasha Wines 2017 From Here On In Syrah
Canadian Red
Red and blue berries lead, lifted by bright eucalyptus and swirls of spicy tobacco. The palate is fresh and light-bodied but layered, with savoury notes of crisp bacon, cigar box and leather adding depth. Fine acidity keeps the fruit energetic, while a vivid stemmy note draws the wine into a long, distinctive and quietly magnetic finish.
Aasha Wines 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon Time
Canadian Red
Dark fruit, dried eucalyptus and sweet tobacco shape a poised, savoury nose. The palate is powerful yet polished, with velvety tannins and an earthy note adding depth beneath the fruit. French oak brings measured structure without obscuring freshness. Give it a short decant and serve with grilled steak, braised beef, roast lamb or firm aged cheese.
Aasha Wines 2021 The Red One Chardonnay
Canadian White
Mango and ripe tropical fruit lead, joined by hazelnut cream, rose oil and a gentle vanilla note. Glossy and generous on the palate, it carries a honeyed richness without losing definition. Balanced acidity cuts cleanly through the full texture, leaving tropical fruit, toasted nuts and vanilla to linger through a polished, quietly decadent finish.
