Dark fruit, dried eucalyptus and sweet tobacco shape a poised, savoury nose. The palate is powerful yet polished, with velvety tannins and an earthy note adding depth beneath the fruit. French oak brings measured structure without obscuring freshness. Give it a short decant and serve with grilled steak, braised beef, roast lamb or firm aged cheese.

About Aasha Wines
Aasha Wines has an estate vineyard and winery on the Naramata Bench. The name draws on a Hindi word for hope, chance and possibility, while also honouring co-owner Gaurav’s grandmother. The small winery was completed in 2020. Its wines include Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah from the Naramata Bench and Similkameen Valley.
