Bodegas SiAH 2019 Ribeiro Blanco
Spanish White
A fresh Galician white with white peach, citrus and green apple, lifted by floral and herbal notes over wet stone. The palate is vibrant and textured, with crisp acidity and fine minerality carrying the fruit into a clean, mouth-watering finish. Balanced and quietly complex, it is a natural match for shellfish, grilled fish or lightly dressed vegetables.
