Terrantez

Toasted exotic woods and smoked dried fruit lead, followed by ground coffee, walnut and a light balsamic note. The palate begins sweet, then turns fresh and saline, with firm acidity bringing definition to the richness. Orange peel, kumquat and warm spice carry through an exceptionally persistent finish. Serve slightly cool in small pours with walnuts, blue cheese or fruitcake.
