Petite Milo
Petite Milo
Lightfoot & Wolfville 2024 Flora
Canadian White
Made in Nova Scotia, this aromatic white blend brings ripe Asian pear, lychee and white peach together with lilac and violet. The palate is light-bodied, softly rounded and off-dry, with bright acidity and a graceful fruit-and-floral finish. L’Acadie, Petite Milo, Seyval, Geisenheim and Siegerrebe form the blend, and fermentation takes place entirely in stainless steel.
Vivezza Vineyard 2022 Petite Milo
Canadian White
This disease-resistant white grape was selected for British Columbia’s coastal climate. The winery is family-owned and operated on Salt Spring Island, where its estate vineyard was established after more than two decades of research into varieties suited to the region. This bottling belongs to the Modern Series, which focuses on resilient grapes and small-batch dry white wines.
Rathjen Cellars Imperative Dry Vermouth
Canadian Fortified
Orange peel and fresh herbs lead a light, aromatic nose, with cardamom and marjoram adding warm, savoury detail. Roasted dandelion root gives the palate an earthy bitterness, while wormwood keeps the dry profile firm and focused. The fruit remains restrained, allowing the botanical layers to unfold without heaviness. The finish is crisp, gently bitter and refreshing. Serve chilled as an aperitif, over ice with citrus, or use it to bring local herbal character to a Martini.
