Ripe peach fruit and immediate freshness lead the way, with a gently wild edge that gives the wine personality without heaviness. The palate is light on its feet, softly textured and easy to follow, finishing clean rather than sweet. A lively, food-friendly white for vegetable dishes, simple seafood, rice dishes or relaxed aperitif service.

Spanish Red
Monastrell forms sixty percent of the blend, joined by thirty percent Garnacha and ten percent Bonicaire and Merseguera. The grapes come from dry-farmed vineyards across several holdings around Ontinyent, with both shaded and sunny mountain exposures. The wine matures for four months in 225-litre French oak barrels and contains thirteen and a half percent alcohol. It is classified as a red wine under DO Valencia.

Spanish White
Citrus and mineral notes accompany fresh acidity and a long finish. Merseguera comes from old bush vines planted between 900 and 1,200 metres on silica-rich sandstone and limestone marl. After selection, the grapes are destemmed, pressed gently and settled at low temperature. Spontaneous fermentation takes place in French oak and stainless steel, followed by nine months split among clay amphora, 500-litre French oak and stainless steel.

Scrubland, jasmine and night-blooming jasmine accompany a dry, chalky and saline profile. Macabeo and Merseguera each account for forty-eight percent of the blend, with four percent Moscatel. The varieties are fermented separately with native yeasts, then blended and matured for six months in small Padilla amphorae. A naturally developing layer of flor shapes four months of the ageing. Production totals 3,500 bottles.

Merseguera and Moscatel de Alejandría make up the blend in proportions of ninety and ten percent. The dry-farmed bush vines at Canyada are more than fifty years old and grow at 540 metres in sandy, calcareous soils. Fermentation takes place with native yeasts in stainless steel, followed by three months of contact with skins and stems. Sulphur is added only at bottling.
Baldovar 923 2021 Rascaña Merseguera-Macabeo Orange Wine
Spanish White
The colour is bright yellow with golden reflections. Peach, apricot, lavender and pine resin appear with salinity and earthiness. The palate is velvety, fluid, fresh, tense and voluminous. The blend is seventy percent Merseguera and thirty percent Macabeo. Skin contact and spontaneous fermentation are used. Maturation lasts ten months in stainless steel, used 500-litre barrels and a 250-litre clay vessel.
Javi Revert 2023 Micalet Blanco
Spanish White
Light yellow colour accompanies mineral chalk, white stone fruit, delicate flowers and green herbs. The blend combines Tortosí, Trepadell, Malvasia, Merseguera and Verdil from a 2.5-hectare vineyard at 730 metres. Sandy soil is rich in chalk. The wine is fresh, with volume, length and acidity. Harvesting takes place in two passes, and production totals 2,000 bottles.
