German Red
Merlot, Pinot Noir, Portugieser and Dornfelder are macerated together for six weeks. Ageing lasts one year on gross lees in a 4,000-litre Bavarian oak cask. The wine is neither fined nor filtered, and no sulphite is added. Limestone, sandstone, loess and clay are present in the vineyard soils. The estate has organic certification and holds Demeter biodynamic certification.

Deeply coloured but notably light on its feet, with dark berries, bramble and fresh herbs carried by vivid mineral and citrus-toned acidity. The palate is lively and layered rather than heavy, bringing fine texture and an energetic, savoury finish. A distinctive old-vine red for charcuterie, roast mushrooms, sausages or lentil dishes.

Canadian Sparkling
Red apple, tart rhubarb and fresh citrus lead, followed by bright maraschino cherry and a quiet earthy note. The palate is vivid and lightly sparkling, balancing crunchy red fruit with brisk acidity and a clean, savoury line. Fine bubbles keep the texture buoyant, while cherry and citrus linger through a dry-feeling, refreshingly direct finish.
