Italian Fortified
$21.99
Quince, orange peel and dried apricot shape the aromatic profile of this amber Marsala. The palate is delicate and harmonious, with a slight citrus finish. Grillo, Catarratto and Inzolia form the blend. The wine comes from western Sicily and spends more than twelve months in oak. Alcohol is 17 percent, and the style is semisecco.

Fratelli Fici Marsala Superiore Secco

Italian Fortified
$24.99
Amber colour shows antique-gold reflections, with an ethereal aroma and dry palate. Grillo, Catarratto, Inzolia and Damaschino are harvested by hand in the province of Trapani. Fermentation begins in temperature-controlled steel before fortification with alcohol or wine brandy and cooked must. Oak ageing lasts at least two years. The wine contains eighteen percent alcohol and can accompany mature cheeses, smoked-fish appetizers or dessert.

Halarà 2021 Rosato Terre Siciliane IGT

Italian Rosé
$59.99
Bright, intense rosé colour accompanies small red fruits, blood orange and citrus notes. The palate is fresh, dry and savoury. Parpato and Catarratto come from two hectares of north-facing vineyards in Contrada Abbadessa near Marsala, with clay and limestone soils. Fermentation occurs spontaneously with indigenous yeasts. Six Italian winegrowers created the project after restoring an old vineyard, and the wine contains 11.5% alcohol.

Tenuta delle Terre Nere 2023 Etna Bianco

White pepper, lemon pulp, citrus, flint, concentrated fruit, mineral notes and salinity appear in a tense profile. The blend is 70% Carricante, 20% Catarratto, 5% Grecanico and 5% Inzolia. Grapes are gently pressed; cold static settling and temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel follow. Alcohol is 12.5%. Pairings include white meat, roasted fish and pasta.

Florio 2020 VecchioFlorio Marsala Superiore Sweet

Italian Fortified
$26.99
Amber in colour with bright caramel tones, this opens on raisins, vanilla and dried fruit. The palate is warm and rounded, with a generous texture balanced by the wine's savoury fortified character. Barrel ageing brings quiet depth without obscuring the fruit, while the sweetness remains measured and composed. It finishes with lingering raisin, dried fruit, vanilla and a gentle echo of caramel.

Crudo 2024 Catarratto Zibibbo Terre Siciliane

Italian White
$24.99
Pear, peach and melon are joined by aromatic tropical fruit and a light floral lift. The palate is gently rounded, with enough acidity to keep the ripe fruit clear and refreshing. A soft, lightly off-dry impression carries into the clean finish. Serve well chilled with seafood, salads, mild curries or spicy Asian dishes.

Elios 2019 Modus Bibendi Bianco Macerato
