Suvla Winery 2014 Kabatepe White
Turkish White
Pale yellow colour shows green reflections, while subtle white-fruit and white-flower aromas lead the profile. The palate is crisp and balanced, with fresh acidity and a fruity, clean finish. The blend combines Semillon, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Roussanne, Marsanne and Kınalı Yapıncak from the family vineyard and traditional vineyards of the Gallipoli peninsula. Grapes are harvested in the cool of dawn to preserve their qualities.
Suvla 2010 Sur Red Blend
Turkish Red
Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot make up the blend. An inky core with browning at the edges accompanies plum, purple fruit, sour plum, prune, bitter coffee, cassis, toasted oak and Christmas-cake spice. The fruit is grown on the family estate on the Gallipoli Peninsula, and maturation lasts twelve months in new French oak.
Suvla 2021 Boğazkere-Öküzgözü
Turkish Red
Medium purple in colour, this Turkish red combines Boğazkere from Diyarbakır with Öküzgözü from Elazığ. Sour cherry, hibiscus and freshly cracked black pepper appear together in the profile. The aromas are powerful, while the tannins are balanced. The palate is juicy and the finish is long and lingering. The wine contains 13.5 percent alcohol.

Deep purple in colour, with ripe blueberry, dark forest berries, liquorice and black cherry. The palate has refined, well-integrated tannins, vibrant acidity and a long, fresh fruit finish. Part of the wine matures for fifteen months in oak barrels. The red is dry and contains fourteen percent alcohol. It is suitable for bottle ageing, and decanting is suggested to enhance the aromas.
Suvla 2021 Reserve Karasakız
Turkish Red
Red cherry, cranberry, dried rose petals and cloves accompany a clear, concentrated body with earthy and spicy detail. Leather, fine tannins and oak are also present, and the finish is long. The indigenous Karasakız grape comes from traditional vineyards on the Gallipoli Peninsula, with selected parcels used for the wine. Maturation lasts fifteen months in oak barrels, and alcohol is thirteen and a half percent.
Suvla 2021 Reserve Syrah

Ripe black fruit and herbal undertones are joined by soft, ripe tannins. American oak nuances join a fruit structure, with medium length and a short finish. The red wine is dry, made entirely from Syrah and carries fourteen and a half percent alcohol. It comes from Thrace-Marmara in Turkey and uses a natural cork closure.

Sweet anise and fennel lead an intense but polished aroma, joined by dill, caraway and a light dried-fruit note. The palate is full and savoury, with grape spirit bringing rounded sweetness beneath the cooling liquorice character. Gentle oak softens the edges and adds quiet spice. The finish is long, warming and herbal. Serve well chilled, neat or diluted with cold water, alongside grilled fish, meze or salty cheese.

Delicate anise and wild herbs lead the nose, with green grape and peppery spice adding lift. The palate is full and velvety, balancing fruity sweetness with savoury herbal depth and a creamy texture. Sun-dried grapes and triple distillation give the spirit concentration and clarity, while oak maturation rounds its more assertive edges. The finish is long, warmly spiced and distinctly anise-led. Serve well chilled with water alongside a spread of meze, grilled fish or warmly spiced dishes.
