Golden in colour with green reflections, this dry white combines fruit and floral aromas with a rich, harmonious body. Freshness remains well balanced across the palate, and the profile stays firmly dry. Graševina comes from Kutjevo in Slavonia, and the wine contains twelve and a half percent alcohol. Serve cool alongside chicken, lighter dark-meat dishes or white sea fish.

This dry Croatian white is made from Pošip and comes from the winegrowing area around Trilj in Dalmatia. The early-ripening grape is cultivated across both central and southern parts of the region. A Croatian restaurant wine list records thirteen percent alcohol. Pošip is the offspring of two distinct local varieties, Bijela Bratkovina and Zlatarska Bistrica.

Green and white fruit sit with spice in a dry, yellow-green wine. The palate is rounded, with pronounced acidity, solid length and a warming finish. Floral and grapey fruit also appear alongside yeast-lees notes, juiciness, chalkiness, weight and crisp bite. The wine comes from limestone soils on Brač in Croatia and contains fourteen percent alcohol by volume.

Blackberry, blueberry and ripe plum lead, with liquorice and a measured oak note adding depth. The palate is dry, full-bodied and generous, its dark fruit carried by balanced acidity and soft, rounded tannins. Warmth is present but controlled, while a subtle powdery texture keeps the shape composed. The finish is long and spicy, returning to ripe berries, plum and liquorice with savoury persistence.
