Vin Mousseux Brut

Pale yellow colour accompanies peach, mirabelle plum and white cherry, with a mineral note. The acidity is dynamic, the fruit remains present and the bubbles are fine. Airen and Ugni Blanc account for 80 percent of the blend, while Chenin and Chardonnay make up the remaining 20 percent. Classified as Vin Mousseux Brut, the wine is dry and suited to service as an aperitif.
