Tulum Valley

Intense ruby colour accompanies expressive pepper and chocolate aromas. The palate is sweet-fruited, with soft tannins, firm structure and a pleasant finish. Made entirely from Cabernet Sauvignon, the fruit comes from the Tulum Valley in San Juan. Grapes are gently destemmed and crushed before stainless-steel fermentation near twenty-five degrees Celsius, a long maceration and natural malolactic fermentation. Cold stabilization and light filtration precede bottling.
