Tollo 2025 Trebbiano d’Abruzzo
Pale gold in the glass, with citrus, white peach and pear joined by fresh herbs and flowers. The palate is dry, medium-bodied and bright, its clean fruit carried by lively acidity. A lightly spicy almond note brings savoury definition to the finish. Serve well chilled with grilled fish, soft cheese, shellfish or a simple herb-led pasta.
Tiberio 2024 Trebbiano d’Abruzzo
Musky peach, apricot and crushed rock appear with lemon zest. The profile also includes tart orchard fruit and a salty mineral note; the finish is long and saline. Trebbiano Abruzzese comes from Cugnoli at 350 metres. The grapes are hand harvested, and free-run juice ferments with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel. Malolactic fermentation is not carried out, and the wine is bottled without fining or filtration.
Tiberio 2021 Fonte Canale Trebbiano d’Abruzzo
Trebbiano Abruzzese comes from a 1.5-hectare vineyard at 350 metres, with ninety-six-year-old vines on calcareous clay over sand. Only static free-run juice is used. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts takes place in stainless steel without malolactic fermentation; the wine is neither fined nor filtered. Green apple, nectarine, mandarin, lemon peel, white flowers, anise, mineral character, acidity and a long finish are present.
Villa Barcaroli 2023 Trebbiano d’Abruzzo
Fresh floral aromas rise from the glass, followed by white orchard fruit and a delicate citrus lift. The palate is crisp yet gently enveloping, with savoury detail balancing its clean fruit and bright acidity. Persistent and quietly elegant, it finishes dry, refreshing and well suited to seafood, salads and simply prepared pasta.
