Toscana Rosato IGT

Wild strawberry, sour cherry, cranberry and blood-orange zest are present. The palate is dry and juicy, with a silty texture. Sangiovese is harvested by hand and receives brief skin contact. Fermentation takes place at low temperature with native yeasts in stainless steel. The wine undergoes a short period of lees ageing without oak. Early picking enhances the grapes’ intensity and savouriness.
