Làmurà 2016 Organic Grillo Terre Siciliane
Italian White
Citrus aromas accompany juicy tropical fruit, lychee and pineapple. The white is fresh, crisp and mouth-filling, with good complexity and texture. Made from Grillo grown organically in Sicily, it carries the Terre Siciliane designation and 12.5 percent alcohol. Suggested pairings include seafood pasta, fish, sushi, sashimi and lightly seasoned cheese. It can also be served chilled on its own.
Settesoli 2024 Chardonnay
Italian White
This Sicilian Chardonnay is mineral and fragrant, with a straw-yellow colour and golden reflections. Apricot, orange blossom and grapefruit shape the profile. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled steel tanks, followed by ageing in steel and at least three months in bottle. Alcohol is 13 percent. The wine is vegan and works with spaghetti and clams, fish couscous or cuttlefish-ink pasta.

Italian Rosé
Rose and violet aromas accompany red berries. Ripe red berries, pink grapefruit and currant are present on the palate, with fresh citrus and herbal notes. The wine is made entirely from organically grown Nerello Mascalese in Sicily under the Terre Siciliane IGT designation. Grapes are harvested by hand, and fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel.

Bright red colour opens with dark cherry and other red-fruit aromas, joined by cinnamon and dried herbs. The palate is fresh, fruity, earthy and mineral, with spice, present tannins, light acidity and a long finish. Made entirely from Nerello Mascalese, the wine comes from Sicily's volcanic soils and carries the Terre Siciliane IGT designation. It contains thirteen percent alcohol and is closed with a screw cap.
Halarà 2021 Rosato Terre Siciliane IGT
Italian Rosé
Bright, intense rosé colour accompanies small red fruits, blood orange and citrus notes. The palate is fresh, dry and savoury. Parpato and Catarratto come from two hectares of north-facing vineyards in Contrada Abbadessa near Marsala, with clay and limestone soils. Fermentation occurs spontaneously with indigenous yeasts. Six Italian winegrowers created the project after restoring an old vineyard, and the wine contains 11.5% alcohol.

Red cherry, pomegranate, raspberry leaf and warm Mediterranean herbs accompany a vibrant, silky profile with fine tannins, savoury mineral tension and a long, refreshing finish. Frappato accounts for seventy percent of the blend, with Nero d'Avola at thirty percent. Native-yeast co-fermentation takes place in concrete with fifteen days on skins; maturation continues for seven months in concrete and one month in bottle.

Intense, bright ruby colour introduces berry jam, Mediterranean scrub, cinchona, tamarind and spice. The palate is powerful and vigorous, with austere tannins, freshness and glyceric softness. Bitter cocoa appears on the long finish. Made entirely from Nero d'Avola, the red wine carries the Terre Siciliane IGT designation and contains thirteen percent alcohol. Suggested pairings include lamb, mature cheese, pasta and beef fillet.

Nerello Mascalese grows on volcanic soils, with vines averaging sixty years of age. The grapes are harvested by hand, destemmed and gently pressed. Spontaneous fermentation lasts sixty days in epoxy tanks with indigenous yeasts. Maturation also takes place in epoxy. The wine is neither fined nor given added sulphur dioxide, and filtration uses five-micron cartridges. The vineyard is farmed organically.

Grecanico Dorato and Carricante come from vineyards between 620 and 750 metres, with mostly ungrafted vines averaging more than forty years old. Production includes destemming, cold skin maceration, pressing, fermentation and maturation for about eighteen months on the lees. The profile has a deep yellow colour, white-fruit and almond notes, a delicate palate and bitterness from the maceration.
Gabrio Bini 2022 Serragghia Zibibbo Bianco

An intense golden colour with amber reflections accompanies candied citrus, dried flowers, Mediterranean herbs, resin and oriental spice. The profile is structured and deep, with salinity, freshness and a persistent finish. Zibibbo from Pantelleria underwent extended skin contact and natural vinification in buried amphorae. The vines grow on volcanic and sandy soils of lava origin. Natural agriculture, no chemical treatments and Biodynamic practices are used.

Green apple and crisp citrus lead, joined by fresh herbs, white flowers and a subtle iodine note. The palate is bright and finely textured, with lively acidity carrying lemon peel and crunchy green fruit. A continuous saline line gives the wine shape and keeps its aromatic character precise. Dry and poised, it closes with mineral freshness, soft spice and a clean, persistent maritime finish.

Citrus and field flowers open, followed by ripe orchard fruit, cedar and a measured almond note. The palate is broad and finely textured, with fresh acidity and a distinct saline mineral line carrying the fruit. Orange pith and pear add definition through the centre, while white pepper brings gentle lift. Dry and persistent, it finishes with citrus, sweet almond and a long volcanic-mineral edge.

Smoke, graphite and truffle meet wild black berries and molten chocolate on a deep, compelling nose. The palate is full and enveloping, layering blackberry, crushed black raspberry, liquorice and grilled herbs over velvety tannins. Tangy acidity and a lingering mineral note keep the richness precise. Decant and serve with venison, grilled beef, lamb shoulder or earthy mushroom dishes.
