Chamomile, elderflower and iris open with lime zest and green melon. Soft in texture yet energetic, the palate combines ripe orchard fruit with crisp mineral tones and a characteristic almond finish. Fresh, quietly layered and restrained, it works beautifully with grilled fish, risotto, roast vegetables or simply as an aperitif.

White flowers, pear and almond appear with green apple, lemon zest and crushed stone in a dry Garganega. The wine has bright acidity, a fresh and fruity profile, and a delicate texture, with almond on the finish. Grapes receive a gentle press and brief skin maceration before fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel. Alcohol is twelve and a half percent.
