French Red
Dark-fruited and classically structured, with blackcurrant, blackberry, plum and dark cherry joined by cedar, tobacco, licorice, fine herbs and damp earth. Full-bodied but controlled, the palate combines firm, well-integrated tannins with fresh acidity and a mineral-saline edge. The finish is spicy, savoury and persistent; decant before serving with beef, venison or slow-roasted lamb.

Ripe plum, blackcurrant and blackberry meet liquorice, graphite and a smoky, toasted note. The palate is concentrated yet composed, with savoury depth, firm grainy tannins and mineral freshness holding the mature fruit in shape. Cedar and warm spice build through a long, refined finish that remains powerful without feeling heavy.
Château Domeyne 2018 Saint-Estèphe
French Red
Deep colour accompanies red and black fruit, spice, a creamy texture and velvety tannins. The vineyard is planted to sixty percent Merlot and forty percent Cabernet Sauvignon on deep gravel and tertiary clay over a limestone terrace. Grapes are harvested by hand and rigorously sorted. Temperature-controlled vinification is followed by barrel maturation using thirty percent new oak, and the wine has a fresh, full-bodied profile with plum and liquorice.
Château Laffitte Carcasset 2016 Saint-Estèphe
French Red
Black fruit, red plum and cedar appear with a woody texture. The tannins are pleasant, and the wine has concentration and harmony. Its ruby colour, delicate fruit and toast sit with a structured palate that is not aggressive. Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc form the blend. The Saint-Estèphe red spends twelve months in oak barrels.
Château Ormes de Pez 2019 Saint-Estèphe
French Red
Purplish garnet colour accompanies fresh blackberry and blackcurrant. The texture is velvety, with well-rounded tannins and toasted notes from barrel maturation. The blend is fifty percent Merlot, forty percent Cabernet Sauvignon, seven percent Cabernet Franc and three percent Petit Verdot. Fruit was hand picked and sorted in the vineyard. Maturation lasted sixteen months in French oak, including forty-five percent new wood.
Château Tronquoy-Lalande 2009 Saint-Estèphe
French Red
Boysenberry, spring flowers, blackcurrant and ink accompany a supple texture and a long finish. The colour is dense purple, and the profile is full-bodied. The blend is fifty-one percent Merlot, forty-two percent Cabernet Sauvignon and seven percent Petit Verdot. Alcoholic fermentation lasts six to seven days, with an average maceration of eighteen days. Harvest ran from September 18 to October 7.
La Dame de Montrose 2010 Saint-Estephe
French Red
Dense black colour carries violet highlights, with morello cherry, raspberry, dark tobacco, Havana and a touch of vanilla. The palate has a clean entry and a broad, fresh middle. Precise tannins and a long finish are present. Raspberry, vanilla and mocha recur, while the oak remains discreet. Cabernet Sauvignon forms sixty-four percent of the blend and Merlot the remaining thirty-six percent.

Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc form a 56/40/2/2 blend. Almost-black colour has purple reflections. Juicy black fruit, spice, subtle floral notes, black cherry, rose and cedar are present. The palate is fleshy, flavourful and mellow, with power, density, richness and silky, assertive tannins. The finish is persistent and balanced, with menthol notes.
Dame de Montrose 2018 Saint-Estephe
French Wine
Bright, intense ruby with blueberry, blackcurrant and Morello cherry at the centre. Fig and dried fruit add depth, while integrated oak and delicate spice remain in the background. The palate is opulent yet refined, built around silky tannins and a clear, structured line. Dark fruit carries into a long, powerful finish. Decant and serve with roast beef, lamb, duck or earthy mushroom dishes.

The finish is long and opulent, returning to dark berries, cedar, licorice and spice without losing definition.
