Saint-Chinian AOC

Red currant and plum lead, joined by darker fruit, dried herbs and a restrained note of cracked pepper. The palate is medium-bodied and dry, with lively acidity bringing freshness and soft tannins giving the fruit shape. Earthy, savoury tones add complexity through the middle without overwhelming the red-fruit core. Gently dealcoholized, it finishes cleanly with mature fruit, spice and a measured tannic edge.
