Rose petals and wild herbs open the nose, followed by dark bramble fruit, ripe stems and an earthy mix of woodland berries, wet leaves and porcini. The palate is juicy, rounded and beautifully balanced, with tangy acidity lifting peppery fruit. Elegant yet powerful, it stays energetic and nuanced through a long, complex and quietly mineral finish.

Deep red-purple, with ripe black fruit and dried herbs giving the nose richness and lift in equal measure. Soft and creamy on the palate, it balances red-fruit compote with savoury detail and well-judged acidity. Supple rather than heavy, the texture stays generous before a fresh, composed and gently herbal finish.
