Rheinhessen

Stone fruit and lime are joined by fresh natural acidity and a light dusting of spice. The wine is dry, fresh and aromatically lifted. Riesling grows on the Roter Hang, where red slate, proximity to the Rhine, southeast-facing steep slopes and sun exposure support ripening. The bottling comes from Rheinhessen and is classified as sustainably farmed.

Lemon, yellow apple and lightly exotic fruit lead a precise, restrained bouquet. Gentle smoke, herbs and a subtle reductive note add savoury complexity without masking the fruit. The palate is bright and saline, with high acidity balanced by a fine creamy texture and discreet oak. Long and elegant, it closes with citrus, herbs and a clean mineral finish.
