Spanish Red
Grenache, Cariñena, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon form the red blend, with fruit drawn from estate vineyards around El Molar. Ripe fruit appears with balsamic detail, aromatic herbs and light toast. Smoke, stone and iron accompany strawberry preserves, red liquorice, violet and cured tobacco. The palate has volume and balance, with chalky tannins providing weight and focus. The finish is long and persistent.

Deep purple colour with ruby tinges accompanies preserved red fruit and toasty oak detail. The entry is soft, with ripe tannins, good volume and acidity. Fruit and a mineral character are also present, together with a long, fresh aftertaste. Grenache, Carignan, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon form the blend, with grapes grown organically and biodynamically in Priorat.

Blackberry, black plum and preserved dark fruit lead into warm spice, leather and a measured tobacco note. The palate is full-bodied and mature, with concentrated fruit held by rounded, ripe tannins rather than hard edges. Savoury oak and earthy detail add depth as the wine opens, while a steady mineral line keeps the richness composed. The finish is long, dry and gently spiced.
