Picpoul de Pinet

Pale yellow with bright green reflections, the profile includes lemon and grapefruit. The palate is lively and fresh, with richness, citrus flavour and a long finish. Piquepoul Blanc grows on predominantly limestone soils in Languedoc. Grapes are harvested at night, destemmed and macerated cold for two hours. Fermentation lasts twelve to eighteen days in temperature-controlled stainless steel, and the wine ages for several months on fine lees.
