French Red
Black raspberry appears with violets, wild herbs, crushed flowers, leather, pepper, garrigue and spice. Red fruit, freshness and a structured tannic profile are also present. Grenache, Carignan and Syrah grow on clay-limestone soils. The grapes are harvested by hand and partly destemmed before a long maceration. The vineyard is farmed organically, and the wine contains fourteen percent alcohol.

French White
Peach, apricot and ripe pear lead, with white flowers, fresh herbs and chalk adding lift. The palate is ample and softly rounded, yet held in balance by fresh acidity and a saline, lightly iodine finish. Its generous texture suits scallops, grilled fish, roast chicken, creamy vegetables or gently spiced dishes.
