Estate Argyros 2024 Atlantis White
Assyrtiko makes up ninety percent of the blend, with five percent each of Athiri and Aidani. Lemon, lemon blossom, green apple, grapefruit and subtle exotic fruit meet a clean mineral note. Fermentation and maturation take place in stainless steel. The palate is dry, light and direct, with crisp acidity, saline detail and a lemony finish. The release carries PGI Cyclades classification.
Artemis Karamolegos 2023 Terra Nera Assyrtiko White Wine
Melon, pear, citrus fruit, herbal hints and mineral notes are present. The palate is fresh, with balanced acidity and a long finish. Assyrtiko comes from vineyards at lower elevations on Santorini, where the vines average fifty years of age. White-wine vinification takes place at low temperature, and the wine remains on its lees for six months.
