Light ruby colour accompanies cherry, ripe raspberry, wild berries, red-fruit liqueur, herbal notes and spice. The palate is balanced and fresh, with fine tannins and a juicy finish. Liatiko comes from two dry-farmed vineyards in Rethymno and Sitia. The fruit was harvested by hand in early September. Maceration lasted five days, and fermentation took place in stainless steel at twenty-three degrees Celsius.

The site sits at an average 468 metres on marly limestone and sandstone, while the wine has a refreshing mouthfeel and an intense aftertaste.
