Oger

White flowers accompany minerality and sharp but non-aggressive acidity. The wine is made entirely from Grand Cru Chardonnay, split equally between Le Mesnil-sur-Oger and Oger. Indigenous yeasts are used in tank and barrel, and the wine is aged on its lees. The soils include rendzina and calcareous brown soils over chalk, plus calcareous brown soils on valley-floor colluvium.
