Offida DOCG

Field herbs and hawthorn blossom lead, with a subtle vanilla note from fermentation and six months’ ageing in medium-sized oak. The palate is fresh and savoury, yet softly rounded and enveloping, with Pecorino’s natural power held in balance by a clean, persistent finish. Made from hand-harvested Pecorino grown around Acquaviva Picena and Offida on clay-leaning soils at roughly 280 metres, followed by three months’ bottle refinement.
