Intense straw-yellow colour accompanies apricot, light citrus, thyme and iodine notes. Savoury, fresh and tense character appears with an almond detail. Potamisi, Aidani and Karaibraim come from old, ungrafted vines on volcanic terraces on Naxos. Fermentation is spontaneous in stainless steel, followed by ten months on fine lees in steel without wood. The wine contains 13 percent alcohol.

Pronounced acidity gives the palate a crisp, taut shape, while subtle spice, lees ageing and partial fermentation in acacia bring texture and complexity without heaviness.
