Naoussa PDO

Sun-dried tomato, olive, cherry, strawberry, plum, lavender, sweet spices, dried fruit and leather form the profile. The wine is dry and balanced, with firm tannins and a long aftertaste. Made entirely from Xinomavro, it comes from organically farmed forty-year-old vines on clay-limestone soils with flint at 250 metres. The grapes are hand-harvested, wild-fermented and aged twelve months in used barrels.
