Meursault 1er Cru Blagny

Rich and layered, with ripe pear, baked apple and lemon curd opening into hazelnut, toasted brioche and a subtle floral lift. The palate is concentrated and creamy yet held in line by bright acidity and a firm mineral core. Citrus oil, almond and chalky tension shape the long, powerful finish. Serve with roast turbot, scallops, poultry in cream sauce or aged Comté.
